Damaged House Becomes Dream Home

This Folk Victorian home had seen better days. The existing aluminum columns and porch were falling apart. Additionally, its aluminum siding and shingles had suffered damage from recent hail storms.

Elevations to the rescue! We recommended damage-resistant fiber cement siding which enhances and protects the houses in our climate. The client chose an appropriate historical clay tone from the extensive palette of options, pairing it with a soft white trim to accent the windows. Finishing touches include the rustic-yet-contemporary square columns and charming railing.
