A Transformation so Dramatic, We Almost Included a New Address

There are many ways to refurbish an outdated and tired Georgian home covered in aluminum siding and weathered shingles. But when the homeowners expressed an eager desire to truly transform their home’s faade to reflect their taste and lifestyle, Elevations set out on a mission to blow them away.

During the design sessions with Elevations design team, the owners expressed interest in an early 20th Century architectural style. To achieve this detail-oriented design, we added multiple gable end roofs filled with shaker siding, corbels under built out trim, and an extensive porch supported by ornate, square columns. The hallmark of this remodeled home is its new entryway, accentuated by a gentle arch. This approach subtly boosts the architectural character of the exterior. The addition of 2 new dormers finished in shaker siding carries the homes charm and style right to the curb.
